More and more projects are subject to the public hearings of the Bureau en audiences publiques sur l’environnement du Québec (BAPE) or other government agencies. In these situations, we provide our expertise to help clients choose a panel chair and the panel members, a spokesperson, and the position of different stakeholders when they present in front of these commissions.

We then develop and execute a stakeholder training program. Each person's level of readiness is evaluated and reinforced through «on camera» exercises done in a TV studio, which is one of the best and most effective environments for practical training.
